It seems like FL is a bust. In my opinion, Naxos' most valuable asset is its claim against Ledoux. I would like to know what is going on with that. Which corporate entity would retain the rights to the cause of action? Is Naxos still holding off on suing Ledoux because Blumberg's testimony is needed in the ASC hearing? Has Naxos released Ledoux from any potential liability in return for Ledoux's continued cooperation vis-a-vis the hearing? Has anyone done any research (or consulted with an attorney) as to whether the shareholders have individual claims against Ledoux (JLA: we have discussed the third party beneficiary theory...have you given that more thought?)

p.s. I have been in Asia for the past month and have no idea what is going on with Naxos besides having read the last 2 releases and the last 50 posts on this thread. I had a great vacation, but it was not particularly pleasant to come back to this mess.
