From the price action, this puppy is looking sick. The thought is that all the high-flying 'blue chips' with high P/E's have to come down before the market will recover. Whilst I am far from convinced by this argument, perhaps enough people believe it. It then becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy (like the DJIA hitting 7400, or breaking it) ...... thats the only explanation for the current decline I can offer. I realise there are also thoughts about reduction in capital expenditure by many companies ... maybe this is another reason. Any thoughts ?? Good luck everyone Stephen
