Rico, if the document posted is in fact false, all of us have read it and can be considered as witnesses if there is litigation. Therefore, since you have advised that it is in fact phoney, please post what is wrong, or include additional paragraphs which have been deleted. If you are unwilling to include additional paragraphs, all who read this thread, (I believe we have lurkers not posting) will benefit from the truth. If there has been an exclusion, after which paragraph in the document which has been posted. Appreciate your written response. It will only strengthen what is right by responding. Sufficient written records exists regarding claims made by you and others that the document posted today is phoney regarding the court order filed on Oct. 2, 1998. You have seen the "real" documents as you have posted. You have not changed your position regarding the document posted being phoney, even after having been given many chances. Manipulation is very wrong and someone shall be in trouble. After verification at the Clerk's office, we will definitively know. In the meantime, what do you know about compliance with the TA registration?
