I just incorporated myself this morning. Glad to see I'm not on the SEC radar yet! As soon as my certs come, I'm thinking of splitting. Who's in? The internet company I used to inc. me had shelf companies like Buff Cap to reverse merge with, but it cost more money. Stay tuned for my reverse split.... Mike

LOL,- After reading your post about sec investigations. I scrolled down to the section on SI were is gives you the Bid Ask ect. ect. as my eyes crossed the Last TICK Column I read it as "Last Trick" and broke out laughing. Just though it was fitting,funny, wish I had read it that way in November. ok Maybe not enough sleep, forgive me,-Ok I know there's more Tricks to come . Happy investing Sweez

KZAP - bottom line, do you think the company hosed us? Or is in the process of same? Assuming so, who is culpable? The ringleader? My first recollection of something being rotten in this play was our beloved (and departed) Franco. You think he was an insider? Anyway - 'tis all water under the bridge. As for me, my loss is my gain 'cause it was a relatively cheap lesson to learn. And that is...beware of things that appear too good to be true. Peter
