CSMA management has taken the only assets, seperated them from the liabilities (LPS) and taken those assets private. I would call that a big time hosing. And there is not one damn thing that anyone can do about it. When everyone catches on to that fact, CSMA stock is going to be delisted and the other two will never trade. Those assets will probably be sold and that will be the end of the story. There will be some slaps on some wrists, securities industry barrings, but nothing more.

<<...bottom line, do you think the company hosed us? Or is in the process of same?
Assuming so, who is culpable? The ringleader? My first recollection of something being
rotten in this play was our beloved (and departed) Franco. You think he was an insider?
>>>

If we only Knew exactly what happened!~~~
I wouldn't (on my own, personally) spend the money to try to find out. Now if investors
as a whole would have a lawyer or the SEC investigate what happened,
that IMO would be great. I would gladly pay my share!
Problem is, most would not want to spend good money after bad to
find out. I don't know of anyone who really knows. The only
thing I ever heard about franco, as far as from CSMA, was when
I was told that it was "over heard" that someone made several
hundred thousand dollars from selling CSMA stock. I doubt if
they would comment on franco.
franco KNEW what he did was against the law. That's why we will
never hear from (franco) him again. IMO he's out there, not too
far away.

I'm sure everyone has some kind of opinion of who franco was, an
insider or a lucky hypster or whatever....... And an opinion
of who and what CSMA management is and has done. From management
being a bunch of drunks who happened upon a few good deals and
ideas, to honest businessmen who had a few turns of bad luck come
their way. It is and will be debated forever IMO. To me I just
would like to make a few bucks ('back') on CSMA or the spin-off
companies and move on. If they would sell out to another company
I would consider keeping a investment in it. Otherwise, IMO,
CSMA is tarnished and I could care less what happens after I
'whore' what shares I own.
I would have to see management "walk on water" before I would
believe anything they say. Of course, JMHO.

Till then, I'm here and am a stockholder and nothing (but money<g>)
will cause me to leave. I know that hurts don't it?

Happy investing!
