Joan:
Looks like we have lots in common, including a love of the Wright Brothers' wondrous conveyance (they are my all-time historical heroes).
Have nursed a love affair with flying machines long enough to know that the old saw .."want to make a small fortune in Aerospace?....start with a large fortune" is about as accurate a comment as I have ever seen. (g)

That said, the darned things are as beautiful to me today as when I was a kid, and I still get as big a kick after having accumulated thousands of hours as on my first solo.

Sorry to hear of the scars, but have my own from similar adventures. What the heck, it is a truly great industry to mess around in, even if it's tough to make a decent investment buck in so doing. (g)

I actually tell my pals that any money we put into aerospace should be viewed as philanthropy. (g)

Haven't followed the roll-out on the F-22 program other than peripherally, but sure love the plane and keep up with the technical side of it. I can make discreet enquiries if of value.

The inevitable "early days" bugs can bruise share prices, which I know you understand. (g)

Best, Earlie
