Thanks James.
I did that and reviewed Trilogy's 10K filed today.
This form while comprehensive does not look like one good accountant/ lawyer could not compile in one week assuming all information is available and in proper reporting format.
That being said the delays so far may not be justified unless some other motivation, unknown to us, either good or bad, exists.
I'm inclined to give them until the next earnings report is out before I decide if I want to tolerate the delays further.
I have , however sent a strongly worded message to Coin Smith through Scott Sitra requesting them to file form 10 immediately. I did that by the authority vested in me as part owner of this company through my long position.

Regards

Bob Myers

Jim, here's a post from flightless (from the Yahoo board) with his take on the Form 10 filing.
<<<"This is why I am comfortable with the time Pritchard is taking. I think he will put together a bulletproof Form 10 and the short can bleet like the sheep they are. If it's a quality form 10 with the appropriate backup and documentation, SEC will ignore any short critiques. I think Pritchard is shooting for an A+ on this form. That takes time.">>>
My question is what does "put together" mean? How much time does it take to "put it together"? It's been months. I have been told by numerous knowledgable persons including a CPA who says that there just isn't all that much to do IF the information is ACCURATE and AVAILABLE. My reply to that is why wouldn't it be? If there are legitimate reasons, fine. If there is silence, I guess all we can do is speculate. I mean really, should we all get a form 10 and start analyzing it line by line and see what is so difficult? As soon as the one I've ordered gets here I'll begin doing just that.
