<< Ok so you have finally made it official you have joined the anti Clinton group>> I have always made my position regarding Clinton very clear - I disagree with most of his positions, but give him a fair amount of credit for keeping the Republican legislation close to the middle of the political spectrum. I have also said I would like to see leave office, but not over Monicagate. I absolutely do not believe that the current issues are impeachable. <<But your above comment assumes that all Clinton support is just partisan rhetoric>> Mostly correct. I was probably overstating the case, but as the rest of my post makes clear, the attempts at justification by both sides are finally getting to me. We need to discuss the real issues, none of which are related to Clinton's policies - I am saying that to both sides, not just the Democrats. <<If so why can't Star or any one else prove it?>> IMHO, they have. Travelgate was fairly well documented by a Democrat led committee and by the court that exonerated Billy Dale. The problem is, no one was punished for it. No one was fired, no one was fined, nothing was done, even though that committee found that the FBI and the IRS were used to dig up dirt on Billy Dale and the other members of the travel office, and that the direction to do so came from Hillary. The problem is, Hillary doesn't hold an elective office, and there hasn't been any way to hold BC responsible for Hillary's actions, even though Nixon was held responsible for the actions of his subordinates. Filegate has also been well documented, and shows a clear abuse of the privacy laws as well as FBI procedures. I've never seen the evidence disputed, but I've also not seen any action taken. Since the action would have to come from Janet Reno, I guess that should come as no surprise to me. That's why I favor a hearing on these issues as part of these proceedings. If it turns out the evidence is false, I'll be right up here apologizing.
