Definitely NOT the same management. CAI management "extinguished" all outstanding stock for existing stockholders, but gave themselves (management) all sorts of new stock and options in the new company. Heartland, however, is issuing warrants in the new company, as well as some stock, to existing stockholders. Heartland's management team sounds ethical; CAI's, well, ...

"The company said holders of the subordinated notes, existing common stock and certain litigation claims will
receive the
remaining 3 percent of the reorganized Heartland's common stock. They will also get warrants to buy 10
percent of the
common stock of the reorganized Heartland on a fully diluted basis, the company said."
