Just had a long talk with Mark. Here are the main points I covered to the best of my recollection, which may not be perfect.

1. Regarding the negotiations with TX, nothing whatsoever has changed. There could be an announcement at any time, but until the papers are signed, there is no deal. He was optimistic. I believe that RNTK management thought the deal would be signed by now and think it will be signed soon. If it appears that negotiations will take more time
, RNTK will most likely make an announcement to that effect as they have in the past. They do not wish to make such an announcement and then have the deal announced in a few days. So each day we hear nothing makes it more likely we will have an announcement soon (my addition, not Mark's).

2. Regarding dilution concerns, there are now about 39M shares O/S of which about 900K remain to be converted. From the recent conversions, RNTK has $3M in the bank (a nice little cushion with or without the TX deal) and feels they will not need to do more conversions in the near future.

3. They are in talks with other companies (about non-bottoms applications) and there should be several things on the table over the next few months.

4. There will likely NOT be a press release regarding the current conference talk, since the conference is quite private and guards that privacy jealously. However, Mark did confirm that RNTK was by far the smallest company to be invited.
