EA, Don't know them. Making CDs on contracts sounds pretty dull, but the numbers you cited are fairly compelling. The only question I would have about the numbers is why they have any debt at all if they have that much cash? There is probably a good answer, but I'd like to hear them say it before I bought the stock. It looks fairly bullet proof at these levels, but you have to wonder what will ever cause it to rise in price.

EA, Re: ZOMX.

This outfit is in my back yard. I could get with the CEO/CFO and get some information for you if you are interested. BTW, KTEL is right next door to these folks. The boys from KTEL made off like bandits this year..nice scam for the good old boys. Helps pay for a few rounds of golf and a new house or two. Golfing is getting expensive in our community these days. <ggg>

EACarl. Regarding ZOMX you need to dig beyond the numbers for what I call revenue rigging. I glanced at ZOMX a couple of years ago after their IPO and decided to pass. What turned my stomach at that time was that ZOMX's major customer happened to be a closely-held company of ZOMX's founder. I decided it was too easy for the other company to "rig" the revenues of ZOMX with their purchases or lack thereof.

Of course this was all very presumptuous of me and I don't want to accuse ZOMX of wrongdoing. But around micro-caps one has to be extra suspicious. And increasingly around some mid-caps too..like Cendent and Compaq. <G>

Also, notice that ZOMX just happened to spill the bad news shortly after completing their secondary offering at $17. This situation reminds me of a company called Recovery Engineering (REIN) that I whipped in public:

For the record I didn't own REIN or ZOMX, I just get worked up over the "manipulation".
