You are darn right it will have a financial penalty.
$30 - $40 millions. GSCN may have sold some of the machines
already. In that case their customers are liable. All subsequent
products produced by those machines somehow become part of the
financial compensation calculations. I am sure most of those
customers had GSCN sign some document saying that they will
take legal responsiblities. I think that it would make sense
for ESIO to buy parts of the business. Their memory repair
business sucks. Their laser marking business is very lucrative.
An area where ESIO might be getting into.
