Charles, what is the number of shares you are assuming in your calculations? With the leaking floorless still in place, the stock prices in a death spiral, the number of shares will blossom out of control. See for example the behavior of TTRIF in the last year. They had a leaking floorless as well, a "great technology" and the number of shares at last count is 185 Mm shares (up from about 45 MM a year ago). The price of course has gone from 3 to less than 1/4.

so ,, what you saying is,, instead of TX doing a deal, they are waiting for the stock to go way down and then buy the company..

Chas,

What I now may worry about...

At these price levels what happens to company's Nasdaq listing? I am not up to speed on minimum requirements may it be price share, market cap or what?

Needless to say the share price chart is not looking good and I would hope even if the deal is not close at hand that the company issue some kind of press to reassure shareholders. The trend is down.

Just my own opinion...back to the beach

Part of the initial agreement between Texaco and RNTK negotiations.

Texaco made a agreement that they would not be able to buy RNTK in a takeover bid.
