Jon,

65,500 shares at $8.25 = $540,375
65,500 shares at $6.00 = $393,000
________

Difference $147,375

I am sure that you are well versed in Futures and Options. I don't question your credentials.

The income from this transaction will cover any fees which is what I had thought concerned Miss Payne. The revenues from SPD products (which look like they will be in the marketplace next year) will be the big dollars that propel this company. Next year we will begin to see what this revenue will be. Our due diligence has led us to believe that even the worst case we would more than cover annual costs and best case would be much higher which, although is exciting, not necessary for this to be a good investment at these prices.

if you had bothered to check with the company , as some of us long term investors have done on many occasions, you would know that they have hired additional staff. and they do burn the midnight oil. i know for a fact that mr. harary is frequently working into the wee hours of the night. in addition, the licensees have hired additional folks to help with the development of this technology. msc hired 3 additional chemists because they thought this technology was " the best we have ever seen." i communicate with the people at msc on a very frequent basis. they have big plans for this. they have told me that this will be their biggest project, by far. i have some informational brochures from msc demonstrating their equipment and technology capabilities. pretty impressive.
also, hankuk has a staff of about 9 people working full time on this .these companies agreed to help with the development of this technology. the next round of licensees will have to pay higher royalties.
so, all you newcomers and misknowitalls can bash all you want. the shorts won this battle. but the war will soon enter a new phase. with refr and ailorous both buying stock in the open market, and the prospect of several new licensee announcements that can be made at any moment, i think you will have your heads handed to you. and yes, i am very long, and buying more all the time. thank you for dropping the price a bit for me.
