ND - Thanks for the discussion, our direct contact with REFR has confirmed the terms of the deal as described in the S-3. I have decided to keep a small position in my long term account and am no longer interested in discussions regarding the financials. If there are any breakthoughs in the technology, big contracts in the works, or new applications, such as SPD ski goggles, lets discuss. Otherwise I am moving on.
