McKay is not an employee of Global. What I have been saying is that he is defacto in charge of the mill operation and not dejure. There is no official position for him as employee or consultant.

Richard

Why so distressed if McKay is running the mill? What difference does it make who is doing it as long as it gets done. An official statement would be something to the effect that a highly qualified shareholder with a metallurgical background is contributing his services to GPGI in regard to mill operation. What is so dreadful? Is it illegal---would it bring down the wrath of the SEC? And if so, on the basis of a legal opinion, why not employee him as a consultant?
