i predict massive class action lawsuits filed vs. dgiv very soon
this one's odds on for the pink sheets
you cant mislead investors via their newsletter to investors and not invite trouble, they should have shut up and signed contracts, imo

Little Engine, before you say something about Louis International
that you don't know a dame thing about ,and tell people here that
this company don't exist ,know what your talking about, and right
now you don't.

Call World Vision or Digitcom and ask them before you say
thing's you in my opinion don't know a dame thing about.

I want the people on this thread to ask's your self's why is it,You see digitcom mentioned all over the net,and in other company's news
release's. And how about the news artical's about this company, believe me this company is for real,

I want people here to ask's your self's why Jimmy Chin has not
sold one share of his stock,or any company insider, ask your self this.
When they could have made a killing at$ 8.00

Ask your self's are there partner ship's for real.
yes they are.

why do any of you believe these moron's that come on this
thread to bash.,Most of them or should I say all of them are
nothing but misinformed people, Who think that there smarter
then you and I are.there NOT.

Think before you get get suck into this BS ,from these people,
who come on this thread to bash a company. That they know nothing about.and have done little dd on if any at all.

I NEVER THOUGHT I'D BE SAYING THIS...

I have been involved with dgiv since its inception. I believed strongly in Jimmy Chin and what he was doing. I rejected any notion that things were not exactly right despite watching all my profits disappear and now, on paper at least, I am actually losing money.

All along, I was committed to staying with dgiv for the next 10-20 years regardless of stock price. This stupid philosophy led me to where I am today.

It saddens me to say that I now look back and feel betrayed.

I feel betrayed by some of the thread members who I believed in but it now appears they were only in it for themselves. They traded up and down based on the misinformation they dispensed. Although I was never able to indpendently confirm what they said, I thought maybe they knew more than I did. They didn't.

I feel betrayed by dgiv. Someone recently pointed out that maybe Jimmy has learned to "talk the talk" and it may be just true. It doesn't seem in retrospect that there ever was much here more than talk.

Contracts that were put out as real were not real. Deals that were talked about turned out not to be deals.

Financials that were supposed to come out never came out.

On and on and on.

It is very disheartening to point out that many of the things happening at dgiv fall into the common most danger signs of bb/otc stocks. I knew it all along and saw the signs as the were happening but chose to not believe what I saw. How utterly stupid!!

You can dismiss me as one of the "bad guys" but I am not. Regardless of what you think about me or some of the things I've done, there was a purpose and reason for everything I did but many of you didn't know what the purpose was. So you know, everything was to HELP our company. Period.

If you remember back (or care to look back) on many occasions I warned about the "real" intent of some of the thread members. Many ridiculed me because you also wanted to "believe".

I think the day of tomorrows is nearing an end. dgiv is hanging by a very thin thread. It may recover but I'm not sure so in the long run. They have no money. They have no real source of money. They're scrambling and reaching out to the most bizarre places for funding. If they have anything real to offer, why can't they get funding from legitimate sources? I think the answer is obvious.

I truly hate to say this but the people we have been counter-bashing may not have been all wrong. I don't know what their true purpose is and it does confuse me but what they have saying, like it or not, has been the truth. From $8 to under a buck tells it all.

We all need to make our own "intelligent" and "informed" decisions on this one. I'm not telling anyone what to do and I don't know what to do. I still haven't sold and am still hoping to see some type of recovery but I just don't know anymore.

A week or so back I had decided to sell. Then I spoke with several people and I was somewhat encouraged that maybe we'd see the light of day. I have over 500,000 shares and represent over double that so every cent makes a difference for me. I just wish I knew what to do.

Good luck to everyone.
