It amazes me the talk of "class action lawsuit" This is NUTS!! If you have any hope (which I and alot of other do) you will not even consider bogging down this fledgling company with such an action. What to do you hope to gain? You cannot squeeze blood from a beet. If you are mad, then kick yourself. I spoke with Roger yesterday for over 30 minutes. I will not discuss for DGIV's sake what communication we had. Only I will say that I will be hanging onto my shares and rooting on DGIV all the way into the dirt if they so take a dive. It is not my opinion or feeling (intuitive) that they will. You folks (those that are so down on DGIV) are the fans who leave the stadium when your team is loosing. Only to kick yourself when you find out your team won and had a party you were excluded from because you left the game early. If and when DGIV makes it's debute (sp) don't come back and try to be all nice and such and party with the rest of us. This is crazy. We all need to be helping them in anyway that we can. What!? Do you plant a garden on one day and then get mad as hell becuase one month later it isn't sprouting anything? I'd call you stupid or ignorant or both. You gotta nurture that baby. We as a whole gotta nurture DGIV. Has anyone of us with knowledge (as I understand many of us here do have) in the telco's called DGIV to offer advice or help in anyway related to your profession? What do you want them to pay you for your time? Well, if they do well, then, that is what your investment was for. BB's ARE RISKY!!! I got 5 kids and I'm down over $50,000. Most of my life savings. Sometimes I think I am really stupid, sometimes I think I am smart. Sometimes I think DGIV is going to make me rich. Sometimes I think we need to fish or cut bait. Now is the time to fish or cut bait. Those that want out of DGIV SELL!! and leave. Lick your wounds elsewhere. Your not going to get sympathy here. And I sure hope that the collective whole can see a lawsuit would surely be a major catalyst to the downfall of DGIV in spite of their efforts entering into this hot new sector we call VoIP. Go ahead chew me out. Tell me I am stupid, naive, and dumb for taking the risk I did. I believe that DGIV is doing the best they can for themselves first and us secondly. Let's do what we can to help them (I don't know what that would be, but we can start a new thread to discuss "nurturing our baby DGIV". I could go on and on, but I won't. I have lost most of my investment (on paper) with DGIV and it hurts BAD!! But, loosing the rest is nothing compared to where I am now. Hope and prayer and faith in DGIV (and my GOD first)is what I have right now. Oh, so many lessons I have learned and am learning through this process. Wouldn't the rest of you agree?

Please sell!!! You claim 1MM shares. You have a problem with Mr. Chin (not with DGIV! ) and with certain thread members (I can't believe you don't have the guts to identify them IN THE SAME VEIN AS YOU "IDENTIFY" MR. CHIN).
