You could be right, but my guess is that LU will want the ASND customer base and their estimated growth rate of approximately 40% -- as compared to XYLN customer base and estimated growth rate of approximately 26%. (Estimated growth rates derived from Microsoft Investor.)

That having been said, LU could buy both.
