I think another important reason TSIS waited (and has waited) to be fully reporting is "profit"... It would be nice to have audited numbers that shows the company is in the black and doing some impressive numbers.

Practically speaking, it makes no sense to submit at any time other than immediately after audited results from a complete FY are known.

And last year, TSIS neither was profitable nor could afford the $20-30,000 in legal fees.

So it pretty much amounts to the same thing.
