Hi John: >>>The rock. The hard Spot.<<<<< TWISI--- --A reverse split of 1 for 10 still does not get us to the min NAZ listing requirement of $4.00. --A reverse split of 1 for 10 leaves us only 3 million shares and a million share float, not enough to efficiently trade. --Even with a reverse split the stock price would immediately start trading down on a relative basis, probably to 2.00 to 3.00, still not enough to support Naz listing status; so a reverse split of 1 for 20 would be more in order, and liquidity requirements, would then not be met. -- Share repurchases with borrowed funds. Being barely profitable, not an option yet , because it would crimp badly needed cash flow, and even with record low interest rates, a prime of 8 %, they would likely pay a much higher rate than prime. --large scale share repurchases when profitable. Probably not an option either. Again too negative on cash flow and potential new purchases of equipment when needed. So what is the solution ? To first identify the problem as I understood it on the conference call it is largely the MM's and their aplomb in manipulating the share price. Largely; there is little we can do combat this but I feel we can start to combat this manipulation by doing the following. I feel the company should begin a share repurchase program. The scope should be modest at first. Even if they only repurchase $5,000.00 worth of stock a month at first, this can be raised to $10,000, then $20,000.00 and so on. The idea would be to repurchase when the stock is unjustly shorted or knocked down. While the effects will be modest at first it will "teach" the MM's they will be punished when they are mmanipulating the stock price. I for example "taught" the MM's a little lesson by doubling up my position when it hit 26 cents, thank you !! The point is. As long as there is only talk what is there to fear. Once the company is committed to repurchase that is a different story. Even modest amounts like $5,000.00 a month or $10,000.00 a month, the mm's know it is coming, they know when the stock dips there is a buy order that will automatically kick in and I believe the commitment to share repurchase is 1/2 the battle; even modestly, my vote would be to just get it started with the commitment to increase the repurchases as profits allow. This commitment would therefore have to be factored into the future share price and I feel we can get this stock moving by so doing.
