Soxan,

I tend to agree. However it rumor has it that there is too much opposition for this plan to go through. The problem is that if it doesnt go through, Naxos stands a decent chance of bankruptcy due to its inability to raise capital, IMO.

From my limited perspective, it appears that there are too many individuals who sold naxos on a "story" of multiple OPTs, and now are applying pressure for naxos to go back to the story and pump and dump phase of its history, so that they dont look as bad to people they represent. At least that is the rumor that I am hearing.

The good news is that if they get their way, there will be enough stories and B.S., that naxos shares will get a little run out of it.

Mark

How much of that $9,000,000 is going to be used for Franklin Lake? 10%?, 20%?,50%?

How much of that $9,000,000 is going into Mexican copper production or the greatest and latest new property purchase?

Did the news release really say what happen to that money? You don't think that Sid might take the money and run (from F.L.) would you?
