James, They had an audit last quarter that was reviewed by a CPA firm in Florida. It certainly wasn't stale at the time. So what was wrong with using that audit data? If I recall correctly, several months ago the scuttle butt on the Yahoo board was the 'reason it didn't get done earlier is that they were waiting for the second quarter audit numbers'. I guess now they are waiting for the third and next quarter they will be waiting for the fourth. Where does that end? Bottom line is this, IMO. If they REALLY wanted to have it done, it could have been done by now. The only logical conclusion I can presently draw is that it isn't a high priority item for them.
