It is a VERY high priority for them.

I have been banging the table for the filing for awhile, but the most recent explanations I have heard make a ton of sense and I think we will see something soon enough. A lot changed over that 90 day period, the RO for example...why file a Form 10 if you are preparing a Form 10-SB2 at the same time?

I was only addressing the 90-day rule as a possibility of the delay; not in any way trying to justify the delay. I am not long on JAWS (yet), so I have no axe to grind (yet). Were I long, I'm sure I would be more than agitated at this point in the game.

Zeus,

<<Bottom line is this, IMO. If they REALLY wanted to
have it done, it could have been done by now. The only logical conclusion I can
presently draw is that it isn't a high priority item for them.>>

First off, you can mix concrete to an ASTM specification, an FHWA specification, a State DOT specification or to many others, or a combination of them. The form required for an SEC audit is different than other audit accounting standards. It is far more indepth and in a totally different format. I highly suggest you phone the CFO of JAWS and have him answer your questions. From the posts I have read it appears no one here can sufficiently answer your questions or at least they have not until now. You have gotten answers, form myself and others, but they do not appear to be acceptable to you, and that certainly is your right. I suggest you go ask your questions of the people that have the answers and can answer them.

Personally, todays PR just reinforces my feelings regarding JAWS. Polaris isn't going to fool around with a scam outfit or an in trouble company. They simply do not have to take that kind of chance in marketing their products....IMO.
