Jeff: A further study of the ALYA chart pattern suggests that should the stock close below 55 cents on any increased volume we could see much lower price levels perhaps under 40 cents. Certainly, should the stock get down into the low two digit area, assuming their claimed technological lead is so, I would not hesitate to gamble on the long side. Knowing what your maximum downside risk is, in any speculation and how willing you are to accept it, more than half the battle. It's when you allow your emotions to carry so far out on limb that if and when the branch is sawed off, whatever the reason, you can get killed in the fall.

Son of a BS gun!! You were asked if you had taken a position yet and in 1861 you responded "Not yet. I almost took a long position just before the run up from the mid - 60 cent range to the .80 cent level..... I believe I will wait for release of the next "audited" statement to see if the company has made some truly measurable strides in strengthening their fiscal position." Let me see... you are continuing to say it is a scam because no financials have been released yet... and yet you recently said you sold your position losing only brokerage fees. If you never bought but you sold... that is called shorting and only MM's do that in OTC BB stocks? Who is the scam, TL?
