Doug, close.

Let's use your formula, with my numbers - I'm going to adjust a few - in particular the actual shares outstanding, which is 176,558,226 according to the Toronto Stock Exchange.

(177 * .09/(.58-.30))= $56.9mm, a variance of 6.7mm from your figures or approximately 11.5% less.

Doug, G&A will go down (34 mil saving during 1999), R&D modestly up, so overall expences almost flat by average during Q. Extra ravenue will go to the bottom line. With GM 0.59, tax 0.3 amd 178 mil shares 7 mil (Can) x0.59x0.7/178= 0.016 Can per sh 1.5=1 US
So, to meet expectation for this Q NN needs 32 mil(Can) extra.
