Are you saying that no one is in jail yet?? I thought Sept 30 was the deadline:

To date it is CIVIL, if the 4.4MM+shares are not bought and returned to the TA by Sept. 30th, it becomes a CRIMINAL CASE. They will ALL GO TO JAIL, and STILL HAVE TO COVER.
