Benny,

I apologize if I came on this board and sounded harsh.

The market looks very bad.

Hopefully, CKFR can hold $5 to prevent margin calls.

I think all the selling we are seeing result from economic and political instability and tax selling related.

I don't have a crystal ball, so I don't know where CKFR will be next year or 5 years from now.

I'm looking for an opinion on how the following actual and potential events may impact this stock in the next 12 months ( I'm trying forget about what's happening now.)

When is the next earnings announcement? Is there anything to change expectations?

Do any of the following things slow us down

* The government's antitrust against Visa
* Economic recession or slowdown (are we as safe as beer?)
* Y2K problem detracting banks

My gut is that we should emerge in '99 as one of those beaten down stocks to buy in '99.

P.S. If this was the Iggles we would trade Pete K. only to find out
later he is The man!
