1. In reality the suit against Visa doesn't hurt us because CF is not into CC processing. Although indirectly CF is associated with the banks, therefore, may hurt the stock price (although there is not much room left for that).

2. Economic recession or slowdown, should not slow us down. Billers may be looking for ways to cut costs, and electronic billing is a way to do that. Although this is just my theory.

3. Y2K has slowed banks from moving faster, but that is already factored into the stock price. I don't think it is any coincidence that the bank that was most prepared for Y2K (First Union) is the first to go live with E-Bill.
