yes, jhildy, there are a few good question intermingled...but jmt not only needs to learn to spell, his numbering system is faulty.....so let me see if I can help you out.... 1) How many shares are outstanding? 2) Financials for any of this years quarterly performance? 3) What business is EDII in today? 3) How and when this convoluted strategic plan will produce profits? 4) When do the 100 million plus of restricted shares become freely tradable? 5) How many shares directly or indirectly had Dror REALLY sold? 6) Why has the company shown total disregard to shareholders? 7) Finally, why has the stock dropped from 80 cents to 18 cents since you showed up? 1)...last reported at approx...70M shares, after the Acqueron acquisition...agreed, needs to be confirmed. 2)...you'll have to be patient like the rest of us... 3)...several...see the thread or read some of their PR's for clarification 3)...read the financials when they are available...like the rest of us 4)...are there really 100M restricted shares?...good question...needs to be followed up on... 5)...none of your business 6)...on what do you base this statement? 7)...voodoo magic
