WLAVEL, I used to look forward to Richard's posts. He used to be quite balanced in his views of the dirts, both positive and negative.

I don't know what happened. Lately he's been so fervent in his support of Maxam, he feels the need to lash out at anybody who questions their grossly inconsistent explanations for why promise after promise goes unfulfilled.

Seems to me like the market is on the side of the skeptics. All of the remaining (i.e. those not already bankrupt) dirts are caught in a downward spiral. None of them have any money.

With Maxam's IPM cash cow gone, Maxam must join the rest of the dirts by selling shares to raise the funds to keep going. As with the other dirts, Maxam's share price is such that selling shares means huge dilution to existing shareholders, even if they can find someone to buy them.

I think its only a matter of time before we see further consolidation in the desert dirt "industry."

wl, the time you spent composing your recent long post to debunk the
functions and events of the Maxam Company identify a strong desire you
have to see this company collapse into chapter 11. As Richard mentioned
to me when I brang up numbers as a way to identify events, Richard
correctly cited that phase "with statistics one can should the truth
or falsehood of almost an event that has recorded data present".

Now, one may do the same type activity using the words of the English
language in the same way by the collection and organization to influence
which way an observation will be deemed to appear.

Using the same pool of information that you drawned from, and using a
different sampling protocal, a person that has the same level of mining
expertise as yourself can draw a conclusion that will put serious doubts
onto your conclusion.

With this realization of your total resources to obtain a "death wish"
for Maxam, it would be foolish for any pro-maxam or any take_a_chance
person that speculating on this stock to engage you for a discussion.

You do not present facts for discussion, but only conclusions based on
your spin of how you want the facts to be. Simply, your are stupid to
think at this stage in the game that people will trust you. Look at how
IPM was trashed and sunk and crashed and burned with folks like you as
spokepersons telling us "like it is, the truth". Bye Bye.
