You are absolutely correct. I will be starting, prior to Christmas, a program in my local school board, so that corporation donate a PC, and guarantee to maintain it, for grade school children.

This PC will hopefully be donated by CEO's, managers and parents in general, so that their kids and classmates have access to PC's that work today, and will not be trashed tomorrow by school boards with budget cuts so severe, they cannot maintain educational tools for our kids. Yes the cold winter will be hell for some, but our future lies with the children, and education can bring the fruits to the less fortunate.

If I, and hopefully all can do more, we will all have less to complain about.

Offshore , look at the front page of the Globe and Mail today- what do you see ? Maybe a photo of an Albanian lady with her grandchild looking forward to a long cold hungry winter. . In my opinion, your Mike problem is not important in comparison. Thanks for your time, Phil.

This is a sad fact of life, and I agree with you. So, what are you going to do to remedy the situation? If you don't have time to donate, you could donate money to C.A.R.E. or the Red Cross. By the way, there are kids in Canada (and millions in the US) that have a similar future (the only difference is that they do not live in a war zone).

Ciao!
