My "grasp" is just fine. Lets see did you not sent us a newpaper article about a truck running amuck. and than saying how expensive it would be to retire there not to mention the shopping problems. LOL. Yes just so many wonderful things you mentioned about the country . I believe you may be having a bit of a "grasping " problem. Ok I have wasted way to much time talking to you. You need to get a professional to help you . You know someone that gets paid to listen to you.
