Also, at least two other chip companies announced SVCD solutions a while ago. But yes, I think C-Cube joining the SVCD standard is better for everyone (including both C-Cube and the SVCD providers) rather than creating market-confusion between incompatable SVCD-CVD products like the DIVX guys seem to want.
