It will be years before anything is settled in the Microsoft Story..
The Justice Departments suit is rumored to be in trouble and
those e-mails demanded from Oracle and SUN are devastaing and supportive of MSFT's case. This lawsuit will be won by MSFT hands down..

Good news if true. I was a little worried that MSFT couldn't double again because it already has the largest market cap, but if it was split into 3 or four companies, each of them could cap out at $300B!
