George, Not so fast. Quadritek makes DHCP and DNS address manamagement software. Has nothing to do with Ascend's WAN business at all! This software competes with Bay Networks' NetID which is the most popular in this category. There are perhaps hundreds of similar software packages on the market. bucky89
