to be able to buy a $110M (and janice, I believe this number is far greater now, as this was in a PR MONTHS ago, before many of the more recent deals have been inked)

Colleen, you still seem quite unable to grasp a simple and essential point: these acquisitions are not FREE.

Why do you think stock price is where it it?

Colleen:

to be able to buy a $110M (and janice, I believe this number is far greater now, as this was in a PR MONTHS ago, before many of the more recent deals have been inked)PROFITABLE (yes, yet to be seen in PRINT) company for around 20 cents/share!!!

I'm sorry Colleen, your are mistaken. It's nowhere near this on revenues, based upon what they have reported as each acquisition closed, and as to profitable, I think you will find that most if not all of the PRs used the phrase projected.

Do I really have to go back and do a recap, again? (sigh)

...The revenue figures for Cinema and Acqueren are in doubt and what revenue information that has been posted for these two companies does not support EDII's claim of a combined $110 million annual revenue operation.

That was July 13th. Intile still hasn't closed, and the revenue figures released for Acqueren and Cinema were less, I believe, than even what I gave them credit for in that post.
