Traders on the floor are confused
Hedge funds are confused
Firms are telling their people not to take risk

This is a time of uncertainty with no one really comfortable about where we go from here in the market.

What will Dell do in a Bear Market....you have no idea because it hasnt been around long enough

If I held Dell in my fund... I would sell too...lock in the gains and figure out where to go from here....

Your post makes a lot of sense. I've gone through shorting MSFT, then DELL, and today I started on YHOO. Overall I made money on MSFT. On DELL I tried too early but now have a lot of my losses back. YHOO losing so far but just trying to get in really.

Even if these stocks meet analyst's projections or beat them they were all overvalued and needed a correction. DELL could still be up for the year when it reaches fair value which is more than I can say for quite a few others.
