JHILD, I don't think people will be going down there to be "integrated", but to retire, and vacation. And, if Belize gov't will be putting more infrastructure, schools, malls ect.. within three miles of Lagoon estates, well, I'm sure even YOU could figure out the benifiets. Can't you? I mean you did adress your own concern, right? But they weren't really a concern of yours anyway, right?

They will be retiring to Belize, where they are also citizens. 3. Its an unbelieveably SMALL place with an unbelievably SMALL population. 5, The whole country could fit inside the boundaries of the county I live in and there are 40 times as many people in my county as in that country. My point being that I know a lot about my county, and it is not unreasonable to expect that citizens of such a small country should know something about it. 6. To assume that the citiznens of that country, including those living abroad and/or with dual citizenship, are not familiar with it, its conditions, its costs and what is and is not available there, is to assume too much. And to give those people much too little credit. 7. But then keeping the facts straight, when one are making up stories would be problematic. And assuming the intelligence of others is also problematic when one's own intelligence is not in evidence. jhild you NEED a vacation. You have lost your edge. I understand that Belize is nice this time of year...several of my fellow investors have recently visited there and report it quite enjoyable. They were even able to find potable water! GO PRWT!!! JT
