Traveler, can you provide a link that indicates FAMH is under investigation by the SEC? I don't think you can. The SEC looks into many companies, and have, from my understanding started to look even harder at penny stocks. That's a very good idea, but you've got to admit every time someone loses money (especially in penny stocks) they call the SEC and cry foul. By law the SEC must act on these complaints and "investigate." Just because they investigate doesn't mean that they will find anything wrong. In addition, an SEC "investigation" can range anywhere from extensive field work and audits to an agent simply reading company press releases and maybe calling an official of the company to get an answer to a particular question. BACK to the point. Where is the link that states FAMH is under investigation. If you can't provide one then you are as irresponsible as Lurker. I'm not by any means defending Arif Adam, but let's keep the Facts Fact, and not conjecture. Regards, Lonnie P.S. my comparing you to Lucker is not meant as an insult. Your post however, is apparently nothing more than your personal opinion, and you are representing it as fact. To keep from getting flamed I'd suggest you end your comments accordingly with something like JMO. (just my opinion.)
