Charles W. Campbell....hmmmm strange, your profile is dated today. Mr. Velmer is a leach who preys on the less informed. It is common knowledge that he is in this for himself, buying a stock and running through the village of idiots, as would an old time village crier, screaming- buy- buy. The herd of lemmings will then proceed to their local broker and buy his choice, running up the price and THEN, he will sell his portion at a great profit. With his talents he should be a used car salesman for the Ford Edsels. Don't send me a PM, I will not reply.

Why is it okay for Velmer to spread misconceptions about JAWS??? I may have misconstrued Velmers losing SEC registration but he is still a pump and dump operator. He does front run his selections? He had no business making up a story about the SEC's reasons for looking at JAWS. I believe he may have a connection in Canada that he is able to short JAWS through. I don't know this to be fact but that is how it appears. Most newsletters don't trash a stock they are selling so that their subscribers don't get screwed into panic selling. The lie he made up about "jaws selling illegal shares" was uncalled for.

More to the point of JAWS. I do believe that if this company had filed the form 10 we would still be trading in the 3's and we probably would have a high of 5+. I know this is beating a dead horse but I still do not see this stock going anywhere with out a SEC filing. Any short squeeze will even be affected by this lack of action. Daytraders and speculators will be dumping at 4. Some longtermers that are having doubts and will be dumping before it even gets to 6. On the other hand if they file and they get approval this stock will be base at 6 and holders will be willing to hold deep into a short squeeze. We certainly wouldn't have had the huge sell off we had from the Velmers lie.
