Pat, Thanks for the update. <Casse des Depot [phonetic spelling, don't know the co.], I believe Caisse des Depots is one of Quebec's largest financial institutions. I hope they become keenly interested in NN. Now, if we could shove Mr. Starr down a sump hole,... Isn't any place where Mr Starr is, automatically a sump hole? :-) To better days, Ian.

Pat: Many thanks for that welcome post. In light of the discussion, the $460m makes much better Accounting sense and is a relief. As there was the expectation that NN will reach $5b by 2002 ,I felt they might be more focused on Revenue. This led to a higher number. Todays bounce of the low for the DJIA was a positive. With the PR doing their stuff later this week , we should hopefully start a recovery.
