hdr, Good point! I went back and checked a four year chart of TER. TER fell to the $14/share range twice in Sep 1994 during a general bear market and then again in Sep 1996 during a tech downturn. But in both instances TER jumped back above $15/share quickly w/in one week and never revisited that low again. So if you are a historian, then some data suggests that $15/share may be TER's bottom here again in Oct 98.... Sincerely, Doug F. PS.
