linemover, the reason is that the stock is at 1.6 is because it is most likely a SKAM like so many , many other ones out there that promise the moon and never deliver. I like when people urge others that it is a great time to "average down" ..that is always a good sign of big trouble ahead. I got a hot tip about this one a few months ago to buy at 5 cents. glad I did not do it. just my opinion.

Linemover, it probably has something to do with the lack of any new news, later than expected earnings reporting, a bogus politically inspired message on a web page, and a downward trending (falling?) market. In short, even at 2¢ or less a share, uninformed investors are scared sh--less! And, oh yes, let's not forget the fact that we also have our share of carping thread lice always eager to plunge the back stabbing knife ever deeper (even though they have no financial position in the stock), and there you have it!
