It's amateur hour over on Yahoo. Joke #1: Now that the stock is down to 68¢, we can get the same deal as the Directors, so why be pissed at them? Well, not really. You see, we have to buy the stock and risk losing 100% of our money. The Directors don't have to put up any money, they just sit and wait for the stock to go up and up. If it does, they take their PROFITS and run. If it does not, they don't lose a dime because they never exercised their options. Joke #2: We should be sure to vote yes on 2 because our licensing negotiations depend on us looking like we are funded. Yuh right. We will fund ourselves by selling more 40¢ stock. Great idea. Vote yes on #2.
