Bill .. People are still getting those envelopes in the mail.

Someone said $2 billion in fund outflows this week.

Currency values say that liquidity is leaving the US markets
(yes.. I know .. hedge fund covering .. still)

Money is getting more expensive for funds to leverage their way into the market.

I guess that it is still possible for this market to move up, but the odds are getting worse for that to take place.

Bill,

I suspect that by now, there is nothing more to sell. I still think we may rally out of here, 7400 held again and the brokerages houses all posted major outside reversals yesterday with 5 point up ticks.

I also think that bond holders will begin to liquidate their bond positions and get back into stocks if they see the markets recover.
