Hi all,

Just finished reading a couple of books by Ney as well as this thread. Seems we have the same belief in the stock market operation. Noticed last Thursday when the Fed lowered interest rate a quarter point the Dow had been trading up about a 100 points all day. The reason this seemed strange was that the Dow had finished Thursday down for the last 9 weeks. Here is a link that you should find very interesting regarding Prudential which I would think the other brokerages probably have in common.

I have this strange feeling that we are getting these rate cuts to try and increase buying whilest the big boys are trying to bail. Any comments why the lowering of the rates with 45 min. left of trading?
Anyhow, this is the only thread that I have read from start to finish. Good job everyone. Does anybody know if NEY has an archive of his newsletter? I would also like to subscribe.

Regards, johneb
