WL,

Many of the facts are quite easily proven without actually running the tests on the soils. If you go to the Arizona Mineral Museum in Phoenix you can see that they have a section there that discusses the black sands gold that is found in Arizona and have on display visible gold taken from these sands.

I have been informed in the past that individuals have been able to pan enough gold from the desert to earn enough to eat and there are records of gold mining on a large scale in several locations in Arizona so we have historical evidence that precious metal mining has been viable and profitable in the past in Arizona.

Don't you find it a little ridiculous to think that all the metal formations stop at the Nevada and California borders? Did all the gold wash down the Colorado River? The metals are there in Arizona. The only question at this point in my mind is whether or not Maxam is able to extract these metals economically. In my mind the probablity of doing economic extraction is high. I just don't know if Hewlett and Maxam staff see what I see.

FWIW I have met Chuca on several occassions and he is definitely a good man. A little hyper at times but so am I for that matter. It is probably an east coast type thing I guess.
