I believe that AMP's repurchase of shares is also in effect until OCT 15. OCT 15th is the record day for shareholders to vote on ALD's proposed change to AMP's rules?????? Information is still sketchy and I keep getting bogus reports on what moves are being made by the PA legislature. I do think both companies are buying up a certain portion of these shares before the close on Oct 15th.
