I have spoken to both Tilton and Robert Solarchik of LBI. Like many others before me I was not able to pull a lot of specifics out of them. Mr. Solarchik indicated to me that LBI is just beginning their relationship with TNRG and is at the stage of just gathering information and asking questions themselves. He indicated that they plan on having a conference call next Wed. or Thurs. to educate investors about TNRG. He indicated that LBI will be involved in many aspects of TNRG's operation, including investor relations and raising funds for acquisitions. He also said that LBI will help TNRG with arranging the spinoffs.

I'll be real honest in saying that Tilton gave me a lot of mixed messages in my discussion with him. He indicated that he was very disappointed with the performance of the stock. He said that the low stock price makes it much more difficult to achieve what he wants to achieve. He said that a lot of people working for and with the company are owners of the stock themselves (paid in stock, stock options I don't know) and it is more difficult to motivate them with the stock at its current levels. He also indicated it's difficult to get more deals going with the stock at its current price.

I tried to get specifics out of him on some of their holdings, and again was given a tepid response. He indicated that TNRG continues to work on getting the paperwork together to apply for FDA approval on the Tracker (in other words it hasn't been done yet). I tried to get more info on the Sea Eye Project and the CD Rom game, and he would not devulge anything. I really did not get the unspoken impression that anything positive was occurring on those fronts at this time (again just an intuitive feel for how he spoke about them). On Cavalcade of Boxing he said that USA Network continues to expand their use of the show. On USBL, he said something about waiting for the league to give him approval on devulging the franchise. I covered so many issues in such a short period of time I missed some specific answers. Plus he would not give me specific answers.

Regarding the Chonquin Emporium, Tilton kind of indicated to me that he didn't understand why investors weren't more interested in this holding. He said substantial revenues are coming in already and this should be the holding that gives TNRG substantial, but yet unrealized value.

Regarding reporting, Tilton did not give me the impression that anything substantial was occurring on this. He said the NASD may not require companies to fully report, but provide less detailed information. I got the impression that this was what he was working towards. He said that fully reporting financials costs small companies a significant amount to do, and I got the impression, that Tilton did not see it in TNRG's financial interest to do at this time.

I tried to relay to both Tilton and Solarchik that investors wanted to see more substance coming from the company about what is happening. I said that TNRG is just another penny stock out there and until it provides substance about what is happening, investors will be skeptical.

On a positive note, Tilton reassured me that the company was going to be around a while. He reiterated that he had no plans to reverse split. Finally both Tilton and Solarchik indicated that news is being put together for the next week or so. I couldn't pull teeth to get any idea what the news may pertain to.

I encourage more of you to follow up yourselves with Tilton and Solarchik. Tilton is a very busy guy who only gave me time after numerous calls. I don't think all of us should bug him too much, but updates here and there can't hurt. I think we will also be able to direct more of our questions in the future to LBI who will have a closer relationship and more answers in the coming months.
